Diaphragm Type Gauges

TYPE 2 - DIAPHRAGM TYPE GAUGES

These gauges are suitable for use on corrosive gases and liquids. Diaphragm Material in Stainless steel OR spring steel with teflon protection; Case Material of pressure die cast aluminium, steel or stainless steel. Wetted parts of Stainless Steel, Mild Steel, and with Optional teflon coated. Accuracy ± 1%. Dial Size 100 mm and 150 mm. Pressure Range from 40 millibar to 600 millibar and 0-1 kg/cm2 upto 0-25 kg/cm2, Also Vacuum and Compound.

Industrial Gauges

TYPE 3 -INDUSTRIAL GAUGES

These gauges are ideal for Chemicals and Fertili:zer Plants, Refineries, Thermal Power Station and where gauges are installed outdoor and in field services. Choice of Measuring System of Phosphor bronze, Brass, S.S. 316 OR Monel is available depending on the process application. Case is pressure die cast aluminium with screwed bezel of aluminium and stoved enamelJ black finish or epoxy coated. Gauges are weatherproof and dustproof IP55; Accuracy ± 1%, Standard fitments --- shatterproof glass, micrometer ppinter I'!Od blo\l'l off disc. Dial Size 100, 150, and 250 mm. Range - 760 mmHg to 0 to 1000 kg/cm2 and Receiver Guage Input Pressure 3 to 15 psi OR .2 to 1 kg/cm2.

Low Pressure Capsule Type Gauge

TYPE 4 - LOW PRESSURE CAPSULE TYPE GAUGE

These gauges are suitable for 10\1'1 pressl.lre me.l'!surernent ofQon-corrosive,gases, commercial heating, gas distribution and filteration. Measuring System is Brass or S.S. 304 Capsule. Case Material cast aluminium. Available in pressure range 0-50 mmWC upto 1000 mmWC in pressure, vacuum and compound ranges.

Liquid Filled Gauge

TYPE 5 - LIQUID FILLED GAUGE

These gauges are ideal where pressure gauge is subjected to severe conditions. The I filled liquid protects the internal parts against vi.bratio(ls and also lubricates and protec~ from environmental conditions. The case is made of Stainless steel or Mild Steel and it I is filled with Glycerine or Silicon Oil. Available in Dial Size 63, 100, and 150 mm with Accuracy ± 1% or ± 2%. Measuring system of phosphor bronze, brass S.S. or Monel manufactured in standard pressure ranges from 0-1 kg/cm2 upto 0-1000 kg/cm2.

Diaphragm Sealed Gauges

TYPE 6 - DIAPHRAGM SEALED GAUGES

Recommended where the fluid is highly corrosive, contaminated, viscose or liable to crystalize inside the measuring system. Diaphragm seals are the separation stage between medium and gauge. The gauge above the diaphragm s.eal is filled with suitable oil which transmit the pressure acting on the diaphragm to the bourdon tube. The diaphragm is welded to the upper part of sealed unit and therefore It is possible to open diaphragm sealed unit without removing the gauge to clean the diaphragm. The upper and the lower part are connected by two tension flanges. The standard material for diaphragm is AIS1316. However, diaphragm and all wetted parts can also be given with special material such as Tantallum, Hastelloy B2 or C4, Titanium and Monel 400. Pressure gauge can be in any of the Type 1, 3 and 5 and process connection with Standard BSP or NPT threads or flanged connection confirming to ANSI, BS or DIN Specifications. The gauge and Diaphragm Seal can be separated with capillary tube upto 5 meters in length, available in dial size 100 mm and 150 mm, Accuracy ± 1% in all standard range.

Compact Capsule Gauges

TYPE 7 - COMPACT CAPSULE GAUGES

Are having smaller capsule of beryllium copper. These gauges are ideal for measurement of very low pressure or vacuum normally Air or Gas which are not corrosive to copper alloy. Also recommended where gauges are subjected to mechanical vibration or pulsating pressure, Available in dial size 63, 100 and 150 mm with choice of mounting and connection M.S. case or cast aluminium weatherproof case. Accuracy of 63 mm ± 3% and 100 and 150 mm ± 2%, Standard pressure range in mmWC, mBar and inches of water column.

Test Gauges

TYPE 8 & TYPE 9 - TEST GAUGES

They are used in laboratories for testing and inspection of other gauges as well as for high accuracy measurement. Available with Accuracy ± 0.5% in Type 8 and ± 0.25% I of F.S.D. in Type 9. Each gauge is tested on a Dead Weight Tester and Test Certificate of Calibration is given alongwith each gauge, Available in dial size 150 and 250 mm, manufactured in all standard ranges in pressure or Vacuum in kg/em' and p.s.i.

Contact Gauges

TYPE 10 - CONTACT GAUGES

For control of pressure or for audible or visible alarms. Gauges are provided with single, double or triple contacts adjustable throughout the range with different mode of switching action. Choice of low action normal contact, snap action magnetic contact or Inductive contact, Available in Dial size 100.mm and 150 mm and in all standard ranges.

Transmitter Type Pressure Gauges

TYPE 11 - TRANSMITTER TYPE PRESSURE GAUGES

Potentiometric Transmitter is mounted directly on the dial and pointer of the potentiometer is coupled to the instrumentl pointer. The pressure gauge gives signal of change in resistance value as the pointer deflects. The standard range of Change in I Resistance is 100 Ohms for full scale pointer deflection. Also available potentiometer transmitter with output 4 to 20 or 0 to 20 milliamps. These gauges are available in dial size 150 mm and in all standard ranges.

Diffrential Pressure Gauges

TYPE 12 - DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE GAUGES

The measuring system consisting of 2 bourdon tubes, one for high and one for low pressure line and the pointer of the instrument gives direct reading off differential pressure. Each bourdon tube can take maximum pressure of 1.3 times the maximum range shown on the dial. Manufactured in dial size 150 mm and with pressure range from 0-1 kg/cm2 upto 1000 kg/ and with Accuracy ± 1%.
